Check out the latest mechanics videos below! Green Hell VR offers you realistic bow and arrow handling, axe and spear throwing, crafting and lots of realistic tools and traps, which can mean the difference between life and death.
Sounds easy, right? Well, you need to find the right bait for the fish you are trying to catch and of course make the rod. Be careful walking into water though - something might leech on to you.
No, not the movie! You are provided with a notebook where all your discoveries are printed for the future reference. There are some tips written in there, too! You will learn how to make a fire, build your camp, and what heals specific wounds and diseases.
Hunt wild animals to secure the next meal and defend yourself. This feature is fully immersive, which means that you need to work on your aim, level up your skill, and remember… always shoot for the head!
Top notch, solar powered smartwatch that gives you information about your body - macroelements, water or level of fatigue. Way more than the mundane one can provide, right?
You are stranded in the Amazon with almost nothing, so crafting is your best friend. The VR experience makes crafting even more realistic as you need to find the right elements and put them together in a specific way to make tools or shelter.
Experiment with different potions to survive in the wild. You will discover herbs and their medical potential by mixing them, and making a brew over the fire. Be careful though, some herbs don’t go together, and some… well, you’ll see.
You don’t have to kill animals to survive. There are tasty and nutritious fruits like coconuts or bananas, a lot of mushrooms and plenty of herbs, bulbs and nuts. These are sources of healthy proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
You, the anthropologist, set a camp amid the Amazon rainforest. You are looking for a special herb which, according to some legends, can be found only on the land of the Waraha tribe. The herb could be a cure to almost any disease and, in particular, help your wife fight off the cancer that is killing her.
But something went wrong and you find yourself stranded in the dangerous jungle, surrounded by predators with only your trusty smartwatch, backpack and the survival guide grabbed just before leaving home.
STORY
Green Hell VR is an Open World Survival Experience set in the Amazon rainforest, based on a successful PC game Green Hell. You are left alone in the jungle with no food or equipment. To survive, you must learn specific survival techniques like building shelters and making tools. Also, crafting weapons to hunt and defend can be a matter of life and death.
The game faithfully recreates the dangerous conditions of the Amazon Jungle. You will have to face your weaknesses, as well as hunger, thirst, fatigue, wild animal attacks, tropical diseases and deteriorating mental health.
